Your First Visit
Give us a call to book. We’ll ask about your pup — coat type, age, temperament, any anxieties — so we can plan the right approach.
On the day, plan for two to three hours depending on the service. You’ll get a check-in photo halfway through, and a finished photo with bandana before we hand them back to you.
Anxious pup? Tell us when you book. We’ll start slow with calming techniques and never rush.
What to Know Before You Come
Bring Vaccination Records
We require up-to-date rabies, distemper, and bordetella for everyone’s safety. Email a photo ahead or bring on the day.
Eat Lightly Beforehand
A small meal is fine, but avoid a heavy breakfast on grooming day to keep your pup comfortable during their bath.
Late Cancellations
Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Less than that may incur a small fee.
Senior & Special Needs
Tell us when you book. We adapt our approach for seniors, recent surgeries, and dogs with mobility limitations.
